Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings and use of this website, operated by Skills Training Group (SC397255). By booking a course you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

Course places are confirmed on receipt of payment or an agreed purchase order. Prices are shown per person unless stated as on-site/group training.

Cancellations & transfers

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or transfer a booking. With reasonable notice we will usually transfer your place to a future date. Contact info@skillstg.co.uk or call us to discuss.

Certification

Certificates are issued on successful completion and assessment. Accreditation is provided by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and/or Qualsafe Awards as stated on each course.

Liability

We deliver training to recognised standards but cannot accept liability for actions taken outside the course. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
